21 Day Challenge- Final Weekend Edition
I am lying in bed this morning just thinking about how good God has been over the last three weeks. From the very beginning of our season of prayer and fasting, faith just started to rise in our hearts and our expectation was so evident...we wanted to see God move!
As we enter this final weekend, I would like it to be a weekend of testimony.
Look back over these three weeks and share with us the moments where God showed up for you.
It could be a word of clear direction, a new passion for life or ministry, an act of divine healing, a miracle in your marriage or your family, what about the evidence of a growing spiritual hunger in those around you?
Let's be sure to identify and testify to God's goodness so that He may receive the glory for what only He could have done.
I have already heard many stories- let me share one that came to me just yesterday..
"I just wanted to give you some amazing updates! I had an appointment with my surgeon the other day, and was scheduled to have surgery the following day. While doing the pre-operation tests it was discovered that the tumors in both my ovaries had completely vanished and there was no residue or sign of them previously being there. I've had that test 2 weeks before and a few times before then also and seen the monitor screen myself of seeing them and their progress, so it was no mistake that they in fact were very much there.
My doctor said it was humanly impossible for the body to clear that out in that little amount of time and not show any residual reminiscence of the tumors and that he's never seen that before. I had been giving extra attention in prayer to that area because I was trying to avoid that particular surgery. ..all I can really say is Praise God! and thank everyone who has been praying for me."
Isn't that an incredible story of answered prayer?

I also wanted to say thank you to all of those who have followed along with us through the blog. The reading audience has been far reaching; friends throughout the US and Canada as well as a special thanks to Rod McDonald, our missionary to the Philippines for joining with us in the 21 day challenge.
And to those of you who joined with us day by day for noon prayer at the church, we all know that the blessing has been ours! What a great group of prayer warriors! I would go into spiritual battle with you any day!
So to all of us I say...
May God continue the work He has begun among us. "Greater things are yet to come...!"
